Cloudiness And Deposit Identification In Bottled Wines

Despite the care during bottling, cloudy disorders or deposits may appear after bottling. They must be identified precisely to determine the origin and to correct and prevent its reoccurrence.

Our laboratory, accredited with COFRAC since 1995 (LAB REF 78 NF EN ISO 17025, accreditation N°1-0588, available on www.cofrac.fr), with a team of specialists and the latest and most relevant tools in analytical chemistry and microbiology, is able to offer you comprehensive identification expertise.

The initial diagnosis is performed in microscopy. Depending on the results of the observation, chemical and/or microbiological analyses are subsequently implemented in order to determine the nature of the disorder.

All our reports are accompanied by an image of the disorder as seen under the microscope.
